Figure raises over 1 billion USD at a valuation of 39 billion

On 16 September 2025, the American company Figure AI announced a Series C funding round with more than 1 billion USD in committed capital at a post-money valuation of 39 billion USD. The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital, with participation from Brookfield, NVIDIA and Intel Capital, among others. [1][2]
